Both the nutrition and training programs will be completely tailored to YOUR needs. Whether you’re looking to gain muscle, lose weight, improve your health or something else – I am here to help.

I will set out your targets for each week on Google Docs following your weekly check in, which is very simple to use and both of us have access to it. On these documents there will be space for you to input your feedback from each week, including the weights and reps you hit in the gym and your nutrition data. We can also look at other things, such as sleep and your daily step count

For your check in you’ll update your docs and then we will have a call over ZOOM. I’ll ask you a few questions about your week and we’ll update your targets for the following week. My aim is for you to learn as much as possible throughout this coaching process, we will work together closely to make decisions and changes that suit you, while helping you successfully progress towards your goals.

Any other questions that you may have across the week can be sent to me via WhatsApp and I will always aim to get back to you as quickly as possible.

You’ll also have access to written documents covering the fundamentals of nutrition and how to eat out while staying on track for your goals. I’ll also add you to my “Recipe Folder”, which is updated regularly with amazing recipes, all of which have calories and macros calculated for your ease.
